About Nicole

Inner city community and youth development professional.

Turned social change lawyer.

Turned sound worker.

Reinvention is beautiful medicine.

What’s keeping you from being the person – the being – you were truly meant to be?

Hi. I’m Nicole—a former do-er/striver/achiever, whose only comfortable state of presence was being focused on next thing. I also am or have been many other things not in that roadmap above (Spinning® instructor for CNN and Coca Cola, Forbes contributor, professor, to name a few), which I only share because the achievement trap in our culture is real, and I’m betting there’s a part of you that can relate.

You will never have enough of what you never needed in the first place.

Real talk…it made me exhausted. Disconnected. Numb even (sound familiar?). I wanted to feel like I was living my own life. Like I was showing up clear and bright, present and intentional, not perpetually hurried to knock things off a to-do list or rushing to the next event on my calendar. Enter rock and hard place, well-timed with a reality-shattering experience that flat out almost killed me. The combination left me with eyes wide open and a knowing that I had to start seeking a different way of being in this world. Like really had to. So I started to do the work. And nothing shifted or reached me as profoundly as sound and these other-worldly bowls. Sound, for me, became a way to find and more easily come back to a place that felt like home. So I kept coming back. I kept learning. Until the call became so loud that I had no choice but to to share it.

While my journey from ground-level youth empowerment work, through institutional-level social impact advising and lawyering, up to this giant sound-infused love fest I find before me today contained important and meaningful stuff, it all ultimately led me back to the revelation that we heal the world by healing ourselves.

See, here’s the thing.

We all spend so much time trying to figure out what we think the world thinks we should be. Give all that up. Ground into the truth of who you really are. Start to live from that place. And never look back.

The pieces will align and reorder around you accordingly.

There’s no mold to fit.

You don’t have to be one thing.

We’re all always evolving. (Oh, did you think there was a short cut? There is not.)

The truth is, I knew I wouldn’t be able to live or love fully until I let myself crack all the way open. So allow me to extend an invitation — If there’s any part of you that feels bigger than the box you’ve crammed yourself into, come sit with us. If you’re not sure but you’re curious, come sit with us.

And if nothing else, know this: You are not too much. You are exactly enough for whatever it is you’re here to do. So tune in. Tune up. We’ve got work to do.

While I’ve worked with all kinds of partners — from celebrities to Fortune 500 companies and everywhere in between — my favorite partner is YOU. Your community. There is no greater calling for me than making this relatable and accessible to people that would otherwise not have an entry point, through nontraditional platforms and methods of delivery capable of reaching far and wide.

About the bowls

Nicole works with crystal alchemy bowls, which are some of the highest vibrational tools out there. They create a deeper enhanced experience than many of the more traditionally or commonly used bowls. Made of the purest quartz, they resonate clearer in and with the body. They’re also infused with gemstones, minerals, and other elements, which work with the body’s systems to provide maximum benefits beyond what the quartz is otherwise able to do on its own. Pure magic.

And if you don’t have anything else to compare it to, just know you’re in for a treat.
