sound baths for people with stuff to do

When the inner world gets quiet, the outer world makes sense.

The feeling of overload in the times we live in isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. We all need a way to unjumble the jumbles—everyday, for most of us. That jumbley feeling is just energy channels getting tangled up in your brain. It’s normal. It’s human. And there is nothing wrong with you.

Think of sound work like meditation, without having to try to do anything.

Soak it in: As the sounds of the bowls bring you into a state of deep relaxation, your body will begin to clear away stress, worry, and that constant feeling of needing to “do”. You’ll create space for your energy to naturally realign. Recalibrate. Reorganize. And you’ll leave feeling more grounded, and clearer-headed, so you can move through your day from a place of greater ease toward peak performance (whatever that means for you - milking the presence out of your moments counts).

Sound baths for everyone?

Yep. It doesn’t have to be weird. It doesn’t have to be “not your thing.” (Truth: It’s not anyone’s “thing”. Until it is.)

Believe it or not, sound is one of the oldest wellness practices around. It’s been used by almost every culture since the beginning of time to return the body and mind to wholeness. Somewhere along the way, we just forgot.

We’ve all experienced a song or melody completely shift our mood and thought patterns in an instant. Powerful, no? The same basic principles apply here. Only magnified.

Whether you’re vibing with Tupac or Deepak, or both, we got you. We get you. You belong here.

About sound work

Sound work, sound bath, sound healing…pick your poison/term of choice. They all lead to the same thing, and ultimately, you, back home to yourself.

In a sound bath, you’ll lie back, get comfortable, and do absolutely nothing except take in the sounds for the length of the experience. The beginning usually involves some light guided meditation, and then we let the sounds of the bowls take over. It can happen in your home, at your office, in a park or some other public space (or—coming soon—at our sister studio). It all works.

At a minimum, it is deeply relaxing. Feel free to get off the train right there and take that to the bank.

Over time, you may notice that you are less reactionary, less bothered by things that might normally trigger you, and feeling an overall greater sense of calm and well-being. Yes, calm it a super power. Nurture it.

On the most basic level, we are all matter just trying to get back to our most natural resonance. Our most authentic, open-hearted, wide-eyed selves. Come on the journey with us?
